Background & Challenge

The legacy Beautyhaul Admin Panel was built on an aging CodeIgniter 2 codebase. The content and editorial teams faced significant friction managing articles and promotional campaigns due to an outdated interface, clunky form interactions, and manual file handling.

The objective was to completely revamp the admin panel using Laravel 11, delivering a modern UI/UX, intuitive article publishing workflows, and robust backend integrations.

• Configured shared storage volume mounts (/mnt/shared/uploads) with automated file stream validation.
• Replaced manual image uploads with streamlined asset management and automatic thumbnail generation pipelines.

3. Asynchronous Sync Hooks (AWS SQS & Elasticsearch)

• Linked content save actions to AWS SQS event dispatches, triggering automated Elasticsearch index updates without blocking the editorial web UI.
